‘learned your way into struggling with any of the parts you listed in the OWW world.

Just like I mentioned in the video, this shows the nuances of life. You DO have areas you’re ’naturally’
good at AND there are areas of struggle… Just like every other human on the planet. But if those
areas of struggle are in portions of your life critical to the achievement you’re seeking, then let’s

YOUR ROADMAP TO WOW MINDSET...

If you and I were sitting across the table from each other right now, and you were a personal client
that flew into New York City, and we just established some key areas you wanted to change AND
make that change stick.

Here’s some of the process we’d go through to make it all happen:

1. Let’s Commit To Making A Tiny Change. Not a BIG change. A tiny change.

i.e. Instead of committing to 100 pushups every day. Commit to doing one today.

i.e. Instead of creating a systems manual for your business. Create the first 3 steps of
the process for closing up the shop every night.

The key here is to lower the threshold of action needed to complete the micro-goal. Plus we’ll be
using the laws of physics in our favor, “an object in motion, tends to stay in motion”. This power
of momentum can cause you to far exceed the micro-goal set, BUT it’s not a requirement.
Expectations are low, but opportunity is high.

2. Review your progress at the end of the day and schedule the next tiny change tomorrow.

i.e. Cool! I did 3 pushups today, when I only said I’d do 1. Tomorrow I’m going to hit that mark too.

i.e. Awesome! I actually created the entire system for closing up the shop at night, because after I got rolling, I
couldn’t stop. Tomorrow I’m going to tackle the first few steps of opening the store.

The simple act of reflection and pre-day planning, does two powerful things for you.

1. It rewards improvement and feeds back the progress you’ve made, so the WOW mindset
can begin to wire itself.

2. It also leverages the power ofContent

and forethought, so your mind can already begin
working, at an unconscious level, the process of achieving tomorrow’s mini-milestone.

3. Script Your Setbacks Ⓡ - 80% of winning any battle is knowing there IS A BATTLE! Success is won
in the mind first, then carried out in our actions. So, just knowing that there are unexpected
challenges/obstacles waiting for you on your path, sets you apart from others.

This is a great opportunity to pre-think, “What will I do when things don’t go my way?”

i.e. Will You:


- call a friend/mentor/coach?
- double down and burn the midnight oil to show resistance who’s boss?
- workout and get a little sweat on your brow? -
- go for a walk, to get some air?
- take a shower?
- play with your children?
- journal?
- watch a motivating YouTube video?
- sing Adele at the top of your lungs? (my personal favorite)

The point is to pick your toughness routine now. Don’t wait. Average people wait. You’re not
average… after all… you just made it to the end of a mini-playbook on changing your business and
life. THAT is not NORMAL!

And I like abnormal people.

Because when you see what achieving goals is really like, you have to be a little weird. [see below]

Think about it… how many people do you know would spend a part of their day watching a video
lesson on goal achievement and read through a ‘Guidebook’ on making that happen?

Answer: Very Few, If Any!
