Dear Mighty Women of God,

It is my privilege and blessing to be a part of what the Lord is

doing through this special time at the 2013 TMCI Prophetic
Women’s Conference: The Spirit of Revelation.

My prayer is that through the conference meetings, and this

book, the Lord will continue to reveal more and more of
Himself to you that we all may step closer to becoming exactly
what He purposed in His heart for each of us.

Lord, God Almighty… MORE … more love, more power,

more of YOU in our lives, that the darkness be dispelled and
the world around us be redeemed for Your glory!

May we each be blessed and astounded at what the Lord is

doing in and through us as we press in and operate more fully
in the Spirit of Revelation.

My love and prayers,

Cherie

Introduction
Revelation 4: 2-11

Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne

set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.

And He who sat there was like a jasper and sardius

stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around
the throne, in appearance like an emerald.

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on

the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in
white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their
heads.

And from the throne proceeded lightnings,

thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were
burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits
of God.

Before the throne there was a sea of glass like

crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the
throne were four living creatures full of eyes in front
and in back.

The first living creature was like a lion, the second

living creature like a calf, and the third living creature
had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature
was like a flying eagle.

  5
The four living creatures, each having six wings,
were full of eyes around and within and the do not rest
day or night, saying:

“Holy, holy, holy,

Lord God Almighty,
Who was and is and is to come!”

Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor

and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives
forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down
before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him
who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns
before the throne, saying

“You are worthy, O Lord,

To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and
Were created.”

One day our eyes shall see Him as He is. We too shall
join in Heaven’s worship!!! How I long to be there
now and Behold Him!!!

Worship!!! How shall we ever begin to worship and

adore Him who is beyond our comprehension? We
see Him dimly. We long to see Him that we might
begin to truly know Him. He is beyond anything

  6
known on this earth. He is the One who created us,
and all things.

Worship in this passage is proskuneo in the Greek.

We find it in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance #4352,
meaning to kiss, to prostrate oneself, bow down, do
obeisance, show reverence, do homage, worship and
adore.

We are called now to worship Him and love Him with

our entire being. Worship Him fully, spirit, soul and
body (I Thessalonians 5: 23).

Then in Deuteronomy 6: 4, 5

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,
with all your soul, and with all your strength”.

Again here we can see spirit, soul and body.

We are to love the Lord our God with all that we are!

We can also see a reflection of the God as Father, Son

and Holy Spirit in the Hebrew word ‘echad’ meaning
one, a unit, united, and unity from Strong’s #259. This
Hebrew word comes from the root ‘achad’, “to bring
together, to unify, to collect one’s thoughts.” This
word gives the same range of meaning as the English
word one. It is seen from the narrowest meaning of
one and only, to the broadest sense of one made up of
  7
many. As I hope we shall see, our God is awesome,
beyond our ability to fully understand and so worthy
of all our love and worship.

We need to take a moment and look closely at the One

who sits upon the throne and then turn our gaze to the
7 Spirits that are before Him.

May the Lord release upon us the Spirit of

Revelation that we might come to know and
appreciate Him with a deep level of understanding
and insight.

Come Holy Spirit and breathe upon us now that we

may know You and the Father and Jesus! Fill us
once again with Yourself!

  8
Take  us  to  the  Throne!
May we be like Isaiah who came to see himself and his
people more accurately after his encounter with the
One who sits upon the throne.

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord

sitting on a throne, high and lifted up and the train of
His robe filled the temple.
Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with
two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet,
and with two he flew.
And one cried to another and said:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts;
The whole earth is full of His glory!”
And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of
him who cried out, and the
House was filled with smoke.
So I said:
“Woe is me, for I am undone!
Because I am a man of unclean lips,
For my eyes have seen the King,
The Lord of hosts.”
Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his
hand a live coal which he
Taken with the tongs from the altar.
And he touched my mouth with it, and said:
“Behold, this has touched your lips;
You iniquity is taken away,
And your sin purged.”
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:
“Whom shall I send,
  9
And who will go for Us?”
Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
Isaiah 6: 1-8

A close encounter with the Living God should change

us, humble us and challenge us to serve the One who
sits upon the throne! Do not be impressed with those
who claim to have a third heaven throne room
experience but do not exhibit a changed nature. You
cannot possibly walk away untouched by seeing and
experiencing the Lord on this level.

I am going to take you through the major throne room

experiences written in Scriptures. They may seem
long, but my desire is for you to savor them and let the
awesome pictures they create in you draw you into His
Presence. In their written form, they may seem like
still life snap shot pictures. In reality, the throne room
is a living, vital, moving, noisy place. There are
thunderings, voices, lightening coming from the
throne. The angels and living creatures cry out, “Holy,
holy, holy,” over and over again. The elders are
falling down, casting their crowns before Him as they
worship Him in deepest adoration. The eye can barely
take it in. The colors and sounds assail our souls with
wonder. How can we understand the strange creatures
before Him?

Behold the One who sits on the throne! He is like no

other being in existence. All creation came from Him.
  10
All life owes its very being and nature to the Lord.
Fire issues from His throne. And what of Him who is
a flame of fire? How can we know Him? How can we
approach Him when He is so holy?

Come aside and behold Him!

  11
The Heavens Were Opened!
Ezekiel 1

Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth

month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among
the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens
were opened and I saw visions of God.

On the fifth day of the month, which was in the fifth

year of King Jehoiachin’s captivity,

The word of the Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the

priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by
the River Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was upon
him there.

Then I looked, and behold, a whirlwind was coming

out of the north, a great cloud with raging fire
engulfing itself; and brightness was all around it and
radiating out of its midst like the color of amber, out of
the midst of the fire.

Also from within it came the likeness of four living

creatures. And this was their appearance: they had
the likeness of a man.

Each one had four faces, and each one had four
wings.

  12
Their legs were straight, and the soles of their feet
were like the soles of calves’ feet. The sparkled like
the color of burnished bronze.

The hands of a man were under their wings on their

four sides; and each of the four had faces and wings.

Their wings touched one another. The creatures did

not turn when they went, but each one went straight
forward.

As for the likeness of their face, each had the face of

a man; each of the four had the face of a lion on the
right side, each of the four had the face of an ox on the
left side, and each of the four had the face of an eagle.

Thus were their faces. Their wings stretched

upward; two wings of each one touched on another,
and two covered their bodies.

And each one went straight forward; they went

wherever the spirit wanted to go, and they did not turn
when they went.

As for the likeness of the living creatures, their

appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the
appearance of torches going back and forth among the
living creatures. The fire was bright, and out of the
fire went lightning.

  13
And the living creatures ran back and forth, in
appearance like a flash of lightning.

Now as I looked at the living creatures, behold, a

wheel was on the earth beside each living creature
with its four faces.

The appearance of the wheels and their workings was

like the color of beryl, and all four had the same
likeness. The appearance of their workings was, as it
were, wheel in the middle of a wheel.

When they moved, they went toward any one of four

directions; they did not turn aside when they went.

As for their rims, they were so high they were

awesome; and their rims were full of eyes, all around
the four of them.

When the living creatures went, the wheels went

beside them; and when the living creatures were lifted
up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.

Wherever the spirit wanted to go, they went, because

there the spirit went; and the wheels were lifted
together with them, for the spirit of the living creatures
was in the wheels.

When those went, these went; when those stood, these

stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth,

  14
the wheels were lifted up together with them, for the
spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.

The likeness of the firmament above the heads of the

living creatures was like the color of an awesome
crystal, stretched out over their heads.

And under the firmament their wings spread out

straight, one toward another. Each one had two which
covered one side, and each one had two which covered
the other side of the body.

When they went, I heard the noise of the wings, like

the noise of many waters, like the voice of the
Almighty, a tumult like the noise of an army; and they
stood still, they let down their wings.

A voice came from above the firmament that was over

their heads; whenever they stood, they let down their
wings.

And above the firmament over their heads was the

likeness of a throne, in appearance like a sapphire
stone; on the likeness of the throne was a likeness with
the appearance of a man high above it.

Also from the appearance of His waist and upward I

saw, as it were, the color of amber with the
appearance of fire all around within it; and from the
  15
appearance of His waist and downward I saw, as it
were, the appearance of fire with brightness all
around.

Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a

rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all
around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of
the glory of the Lord.

  16
The  Ancient  of  Days
Daniel 7: 9-14.

I watched till thrones were put in place, and the

Ancient of Days was seated;
His garment was white as snow, and the hair of His
head was like pure wool.
His throne was a fiery flame, its wheels a burning fire;
A fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him,
A thousand thousands ministered to Him; ten thousand
times ten thousand stood before Him.
The court was seated, and the books were opened.
I watched then because of the sound of the pompous
words which the horn was speaking; I watched till the
beast was slain, and its body destroyed and given to
the burning flame.
As for the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion
taken away, yet their lives were prolonged for a season
and a time.
I was watching in the night visions, and behold One
like the Son of Man, coming in the clouds of heaven!
He came to the Ancient of Days,
And they brought Him near before Him,
Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a
kingdom,
That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve
Him.
His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
Which shall not pass away,
And His kingdom the one which shall not be destroyed.

  17
This beautiful passage parallels the book of
Revelation, and in particular chapters 4 and 5. I hope
you will take time to meditate on them and see how
closely they relate to one another.

These passages evoke an intense longing in me to

stand before the throne and gaze upon Him who sits
upon it, and worship, adore and love Him for all
eternity!!

May they awaken a deeper desire for Him in you as

well!

  18
Up  Close  and  Personal
The Church has been grappling with concept of God
being a Trinity from the very first days of
understanding this truth. It is difficult to wrap your
mind around three in One, each different but the same.
I have heard all the analogies, as many of you have.
We have the egg with a yolk, the white and the shell.
Then there is water that comes in ice, liquid and gas. I
used the equal lateral triangle with each of the three
sides being the same size but all part of the same
triangle in my Holy Spirit book.

Nevertheless, these examples leave you feeling

something is missing in our understanding. How do
we even begin to explain the One who is beyond our
comprehension?

To even touch this subject fills me with fear and

trembling. But I feel compelled to write about Him
with the hopes of igniting in you, the reader, a deeper
awe of God! He is more than us and outside of our
physical world. I believe we think of Him from our
physical understanding. When we do, we limit who
He is in our thinking, our perception.

In the natural, the physical, we are limited. There are

certain things we can do and certain things we cannot
do. These constraints are put upon us by the laws of

  19
physics. But it is not so with God. His substance is
not physical; that is, made up of dirt like we are. He
does not have those constraints on Him.

The Word of God says in John 4: 24 that God is Spirit.

His substance is Spirit. Hebrews 12: 29 and
Deuteronomy 4: 24 both tell us that God is a
consuming fire. What do we see in the Scriptural
pictures of the Throne of God? Was not the One who
sat upon the throne like fire?

I John 1: 5 tells us that God is light. I believe that God

is showing us a glimpse of the makeup of His
structure. He is more than we understand.

We also learn in the Word, the Bible, that God is love,

I John 4: 8; merciful, Deuteronomy 4: 31; jealous,
Deuteronomy 6:15; and faithful,
I Corinthians 1: 9. His character and nature are
wonderful to contemplate. I encourage you to do a
study on all the “God is” passages in Scripture as a
means to meditate on Him.

I said all this to relate two separate stories I heard from

two different Prophetic voices. These two men are
well respected within the Body of Christ. They are
from two different streams within the Body of Christ,
but their stories were very similar. I am only going to
share a small part of their experience, the part that has
to do with the appearance of God.
  20
The first man was taken before the throne. He was
standing very close to the Father. He saw the fire and
a portion of His body. He saw lightning, flashes of
light, and the angels who fly around the throne crying
holy, holy, holy. He saw the rows of elders who sit
around the throne. He heard the thunderings and
voices.

He was allowed to see two “stones of fire” moving

within the chest of God. He was given to understand
that these were the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are
represented by the two stones that were kept in the
breast plate worn by the High Priest. These were
called the Urim, meaning lights, and Thummim,
meaning perfection. These two stones were used to
determine the Word of judgment from the Lord and
give supernatural revelation of the Word of God. By
these two stones God made known His counsel and
His will in a matter. Exodus 28: 30 and Numbers 27:
21. They represented the Holy Spirit and the Word of
God, Jesus.

The word Spirit in Hebrew is ruach found in Strong’s

number #7307 meaning: to blow, breath, spirit, wind
and life. The Holy Spirit is the breath of God.

You can see how the breath of God and the Word of
God are also part of Him. They come out of Him.

  21
The second man was translated to heaven and found
himself at the throne room. He said he was prostrate
on the floor but was able to see several of the same
things as the first. He also added that he saw Jesus
walk out of the Father and back in.

When I first heard these two reports, I was shocked

and wondered how this could be. But as I have
pondered them, I have come to believe this is much
closer to the way it is than any of our attempts to
explain the Trinity. I give these reports to you to
ponder as well.

  22
Spirit  of  Revelation
In this time the Lord is releasing new revelation and
insight regarding who the Holy Spirit is and our
relationship with Him. But we must understand that
Revelation means action and obedience. We have
become addicted to Revelation without application.
Without application of, and obedience to, what the
Lord is showing us, we have no authority to change
our culture. To have new authority we need to take
responsibility to respond to what God is saying
and do it.

Some time ago, I had an experience in which I saw the

Spirit of Revelation. We were preparing for a TMCI
(The Missionary Church International) Women’s
Conference. The ministry team had met for prayer and
communion at Bishop Coulter’s house. As we were
praying for one another, we began to pray for Bishop
Dale Hicks. We had gathered around him, laying
hands on him and praying. Rev. Cheryl Eaton was
speaking prophetically over him. I was standing to the
side and behind her. As she was speaking, I saw with
wide open eyes, a column of flame standing directly in
front of Dale. This flame was taller than Dale and
very large. I could feel great heat. As she was
speaking, I could hear the fire burning and saw the
flames licking upward. Suddenly a face pushed out of

  23
the flames looking somewhat like a mold of a face. I
could see features of eyes, nose and mouth. Then
hands and arms came out of the flame and extended
towards Dale. As Cheryl was in the midst of
delivering the prophetic word, the flame bent double
and the hands and arms reached out to Dale as if He
was imploring Dale to receive Him. Dale stood there
with his arms folded trying to take in and analyze the
word being given to him. I did not see at that time if
Dale was receiving what was being offered to him. I
“knew” by the Spirit that what I was observing was the
Spirit of Revelation.

The next day as I was in my room praying and

preparing to speak that evening, the Spirit of
Revelation entered my room. Again, I could feel great
heat, fire, immense energy and power. I had been very
fatigued when I came into the room. But when the
Spirit of Revelation showed up, my body began to
tremble and continued to do so for several hours.
Where I had fatigue, I now had great energy. I was so
awe struck; I could barely speak for some time.

The Lord not only gave me a continuation of the

prophetic word spoken by Cheryl the day before for
Dale, he also revealed that the Spirit of Revelation was
being released throughout TMCI, and the world, at this
time. I knew that those who would prepare and yield
their hearts could receive from the Spirit of Revelation
  24
on a greater dimension than they have ever known
before. There would be a release of wisdom, greater
discernment, more dreams and visions, with strength
and endurance to go the distance! Along with this was
also a release of tenacity and perseverance to finish the
assigned tasks!

Thank you Lord Jesus!!! It is appropriate for you, if

you desire to receive the Spirit of Revelation, to
respond to Him in prayer. When we believe for
something from the Lord we must also receive. If for
some reason, you do not feel worthy, you must do
business with God asking for forgiveness of any sin
and submitting once again to the Lordship of Jesus
Christ in your life. Then, ask Him to prepare you to be
a vessel who will receive and carry the Spirit of
Revelation. Do not forget to thank Him for imparting
to you this dimension of the Holy Spirit into your life.

I had the privilege of being able to later observe Dale

moving in the Spirit of Revelation at one of our
Annual TMCI Conferences. He not only had been
able to receive the Spirit of Revelation for himself, but
was imparting Him into the lives of others with power
and authority. A perceptual force of Revelation was
being released as he spoke it over the people.

He was a living example of revelation received with

corresponding application!!
  25
Seven  Lamps  of  Fire
The Holy Spirit is one, and yet is spoken of as Seven
Spirits in the following scriptures:

Isaiah 11:2,

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,

The Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding,
The Spirit of Counsel and Might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the Fear of the Lord.

Revelation 4: 5,
And from the throne proceeded lightnings,
thunderings, and voiced.
Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne,
which are the seven Spirits of God.

Revelation 5: 6,
And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne
and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the
elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain,
having seven horns and seven eyes which are the seven
Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

  26
The Holy Spirit in Revelation 4: 5 is spoken of as
Seven Lamps of Fire that were burning before the
throne, which are the Seven Spirits of God. Those
seven lamps are symbolically pictured by the seven
branched Menorah.

  27
The Menorah is actually one lamp. It has one center
lamp called the Servant Lamp surrounded by three
pairs of branches going out from the center lamp. It is
a beautiful picture of the seven fold Holy Spirit.

In the Tabernacle and in the Temple the Menorah

stood in the Holy Place on the left side facing the veil
that separated it from the Holy of Holies where the
Ark of the Covenant stood covered in the Manifest
Presence of God.

The Menorah gave continual illumination. It had to be

tended every morning and evening. It was replenished
with oil and its wicks were periodically trimmed. The
Holy Spirit is given to us to provide us with spiritual
illumination. Just like the Menorah the Holy Spirit
needs to be given attention and place in our prayer life,
to keep our vessels clean and replenished, so He might
truly illumine us.

The Tabernacle and Temple were also pictures of the

human temple, our bodies, where the Holy Spirit
would come to dwell after the Day of Pentecost.

I Corinthians 3:16 says,

Do you not know that you are the temple of God and
that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

  28
The Tabernacle and the Temple symbolize our body,
soul and spirit as seen in the picture of the Outer
Court, Holy Place and the Holy of Holies. The
Menorah is in the Holy Place, which represents our
souls and what should take place there. The light of
the Holy Spirit will illuminate our souls, which were
formally darkened. We are then able to come into the
Holy of Holies, which is in our spirit, and have
communion with the Living God who abides in us
through the Holy Spirit. Notice that in the Holy Place
there is a Table of Showbread which represents the
Word of God, which we should feed upon daily. The
Menorah, representing the Holy Spirit, must also be
tended daily keeping it supplied with oil. (See
Matthew 25: 1-13) Lastly, right before the veil is the
Altar of Incense which represents our daily prayers
lifted up before His Throne. Revelations 5:8, 8: 3 and
Psalm 141: 2

Each and every piece of the Tabernacle/Temple

furniture represents an important part of the Christian
walk that we might come into a deeper and more
intimate relationship with the Lord.

Today we want to look at the Menorah which

represents the Holy Spirit as seen in the Seven Spirits
found in Isaiah 11:2.

  29
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding,
The Spirit of Counsel and Might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the Fear of the Lord.

Side note: Jesus had the Spirit without measure, John

3: 34-36. If you want to see what having the Holy
Spirit in your life in fullness and without measure
looks like, look at Jesus!!

The Spirit of the Lord is represented by the Servant

Lamp. It is from Him that all other aspects of His
nature flow. The oil, the fire and the light all come
from Him.

The outmost branches represent the Spirit of Wisdom

and the Spirit of Understanding.

The next two represent the Spirit of Counsel and the

Spirit of Might.

Finally, the innermost two branches represent the

Spirit of Knowledge of the Lord and the Spirit of the
Fear of the Lord.

This progression is similar to the physical progression

of the Tabernacle/Temple furniture from the outer
court to the Holy Place and then on into the innermost
Holy of Holies.

  30
Let me explain: When God begins to develop the
spiritual life of an individual, He must first deal with
them personally in their physical behavior and actions
to develop their character.

Wisdom is from the Hebrew word chakmah found in

Strong’s # 2451, meaning wisdom, skill, experience
and shrewdness. God is the Master Creator and Giver
of Wisdom. Wisdom keeps company with other
virtues such as prudence, knowledge and discretion
found in Proverbs 8: 12.

Understanding is from the Hebrew word biynah found

in Strong’s #998. It means understanding,
comprehension, discernment and righteous action.

This first level of operation of the Holy Spirit begins

the development of our character.

I believe the work of these two aspects of the nature of

the Holy Spirit releases the Spirit of Revelation to
operate in our lives found in Ephesians 1: 17. When
the Spirit of Revelation comes, He gives a fire, zeal
and a passion for the things of God. When the Spirit
of Revelation is present you may truly feel the Fire of
God.

At this point we can begin to operate in Words of

Wisdom, and Word of Knowledge or

  31
Discerning of Spirits on a whole new level.
I Corinthians 12: 8

Each Gift of the Spirit flows also with a corresponding

Fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5: 22-23. Words of
Wisdom work with the Fruit of Love as God increases
your compassion for a person or situation you are
dealing with. A Word of Knowledge will work with
the Fruit of Joy bringing insight and hope into a
situation. Also, the Gift of Discerning of a Spirit
works with Peace in seeing the authority of God over
the works of the enemy, or the flesh.

The first three of these groupings of the Gifts and

Fruits of the Spirit have to do with the Believer
Himself. You receive the Word of Wisdom, a Word of
Knowledge and Discerning of Spirits to give personal
insight. Likewise Love, Joy and Peace are something
you should personally experience as these Gifts
manifest.

If they are operating when you are ministering to

another, they will help you have insight and
understanding in how you are to actually minister to
them. These Gifts will reveal their need to you. This
level will minister personally to the individual
Believer.

The second pair of branches represents the Spirit of

Counsel and the Spirit of Might.
  32
Counsel comes from the Hebrew word ‘etsah’ found in
Strong’s #6098, meaning advice, by implication a
plan, also prudence, counsel and purpose.

This word reveals that there is God’s Authority at

work in giving us His plan and purpose. With His
authority comes a weightiness and ability to carry out
the plan as we see in this next word.

Might comes from the Hebrew word, ‘geburah’ found

in Strong’s #1369, meaning force, valor, victory,
mastery, might, power and strength.

That weighty authority and power to do the works of

God releases into every situation the Spirit of Glory!
When the Glory of God found in I Peter 4: 14 is
present you may feel like there is a heavy weight on
you. You may not even be able to stand up in His
Presence. Research the Men of God who came into
His holy Presence and see how frequently they fell to
their faces.

God is now taking us into a higher level in Him. This

is all about others. It is here that we are able to move
out in the Gifts of the Spirit that impact the lives of
other people. The Gift of Faith is released to do the
impossible. Gifts of Healing flow in a variety of ways
and Workings of Miracles flow freely. These are
accompanied by the Fruit of the Spirit of patience,
gentleness and goodness.
  33
Can you not see how Faith must be accompanied with
Patience? Faith may take time to manifest. And how
Healing must be accompanied with Gentleness for the
sick or weak one? Goodness must flow with Miracles.
This miracle must only come for their good and not
our reputation!

This level relates to our soul in that it takes a higher

level of consistent character to carry the anointing
necessary to operate in this realm. A weak, poor
character brings shipwreck to our lives quickly!

The last pair, and the ones closet to the Servant Lamp,
are the Spirit of Knowledge of the Lord and the Spirit
of the Fear of the Lord.

This level brings us into the Holy of Holies where we

become deeply intimate with our Lord. This is the
highest and most intense level of experience with our
God. We have great difficulty walking in this realm of
the Spirit for great lengths of time. It is here that we
must yield up the most of ourselves to know Him.
This is an experiential knowledge and holy reverential
fear of (not) doing anything that would hurt, wound or
displease the One Whom we love more than our own
lives. Most of us live our lives for ourselves. We still
sit on the Throne of our life. But to come into this
place, He must be Lord and King! We stand (or fall
on our faces) in awe of Him!
  34
The word knowledge comes from the Hebrew word
‘de’at’ found in Strong’s #1847, meaning knowledge
from the root word Strong’s # 3045 ‘yada’ meaning to
ascertain by seeing or experiential knowledge.

It is here that you know the Lord personally, not just

knowledge of what you have heard or read about Him!
This is the place that you become truly changed by
knowing Him. He fills your heart and soul with
consuming love!

Fear comes from the Hebrew word ‘yir’ah’ found in

Strong’s # 3374 for reverence, exceedingly fearful. It
is here that we have AWE!

When we live in this place, we find that the Spirit of

Holiness found in Romans 1:4 permeates our lives. It
is here that His Presence touches everything and
everyone around us. It is here that we desire, long for,
and also fear to go.

It is from this place that we can accurately move in

Prophecy, Tongues and Interpretation of Tongues.
Yes, these giftings will operate in lives that are not
lived so close to the heart of God. But it is here that
they come forth in their purest expression. These are
to be accompanied by the Fruits of Faith, Meekness or
Humility and Temperance, which is Self-control. You
can only walk here by faith and humility. Self-control
is needed to maintain proper protocol in the presence
  35
of the Lord and King of our lives. This realm is all
about Him! Here we know Him as He really is. God!
He is Creator and King!

When the Spirit of Holiness is present there may be

trembling, fear to stand, and the Fire of His Presence
may be icy hot/cold. I experienced this in Toronto
while everyone was singing “Holy, Holy, Holy Lord
God Almighty…”. As the singing intensified and
continued, I sensed He was coming. As He drew near
the Fear of the Lord came upon me. I gathered my
Tallit or prayer shawl over my head and bowed low. I
felt Him wash over me and fill the room as we
worshipped. It was awesome beyond words. The
Spirit of Holiness comes with the Presence of the Face
of God!

  36
Acquiring  the  Presence  of  God
There is a secret to spiritual maturity, authority and
power in God. Our capacity to carry Him must expand
in order to come in the things and Presence of God. It
is found in relationship and release of the Holy Spirit
in our lives. The quality and frequency of our time
spent in the Word and in the Presence of God will
make or lessen our effectiveness in impacting others
for Jesus. That which releases Him in our lives is
really simple, but few actually pay the price necessary
to consistently experience the Presence of the Lord at
the deepest level.

We must hunger and intensely desire His Presence in

our lives above all else. We must allow the deep
working and cleansing of the Holy Spirit to have His
full affect.

Pastor Marvin Tennant from South Carolina shared a

personal experience he had. He told of spending five
to six hours in worship and continued repentance one
day. He allowed the Holy Spirit to go deep and reveal
anything and everything that was not right in God’s
sight. He mingled his cries with worship. Later
during the night, he had the Spirit of the Lord visit him
as the Spirit of Holiness. Holy fear took hold of him
and he was afraid to even look upon his Lord. His life
was deeply affected and changed by this encounter.
  37
This man moves in fire and power in his ministry.
While I was at his church, I saw the Glory Cloud of
His Presence fill the sanctuary throughout the last day
of our conference.

Our giftings and abilities will only take us so far. Our

personal character and integrity flow from the depth of
our relationship with Him. The Holy Spirit is like a
gentle dove. Those things that are contrary to His
nature must be removed and repented of. Jealousies,
lust for power, pride, selfish ambition, gossip and
slander will cause Him to pull back from us. When He
does, if we do not realize it and repent quickly, we will
operate out of the strength of our own souls and not by
the power of the Spirit of God. The fruit from that will
eventually be disastrous.

We all desire the “More of God”. However, we must

also be willing and obedient to pay the price.

The price we pay is the daily submitting ourselves in

deep, honest and heartfelt repentance of all that
offends. We must worship continually, especially
when all seems lost. Remember Paul and Silas in the
Philippian jail. This will bring the Presence of God
and the open heaven we so deeply desire.

But it must now be maintained by obedience to His

will and His Word! Obedience is a huge key!

  38
Purity gained through repentance and humility will
keep us in the right Spirit.

Be found faithful at the Lord’s Coming!

  39
In  Conclusion
…or as Pastors like to say, “I am now closing for the
third time!”

There is so much more that can be said about the Holy

Spirit and the 7 manifestations of Him. He is light and
fire. As white light is broken into a rainbow of color
by a prism, we would see each one of the 7 lamps of
fire reflect a color of the rainbow. Each color
represents something of the Holy nature of one of the 7
Spirits. This is a mystery even as all that we see in
Scripture of the throne room of God.

The  Colors
The flames of the 7 branch Heavenly Menorah do burn
brightly with fiery color. We see the Servant Lamp
aflame with pure white light. This is the center lamp
that lends its oil to the other branches. Just as white
light goes into a prism and breaks into rainbow colors,
so too, the light from the center lamp of the Menorah
divides its light into the colors of the rainbow.

The Spirit of Wisdom is red. Red speaks of the blood

of Jesus; without which there is no wisdom. Red also
speaks of the anointing given by the Holy Spirit to
move with wisdom in ministry. Then there is the love

  40
that flows from the heart of God to us manifested in
the pure spotless blood of Jesus.

The Spirit of Understanding, which is part of the same

branch on the Menorah, is orange. Understanding
gives us the joy and ability needed to persevere even in
difficult situations. Perseverance burns like a fire
within us and keeps us on course. Remember, Jesus
for the joy set before Him endured the cross, Hebrews
12: 2. Jesus understood the reason it was necessary to
suffer all He did for our sakes. So too, we need to
understand the reason we need to persevere as well.

The next branch brings us to the Spirit of Counsel,

which is yellow. Yellow speaks of courage. Good
godly counsel sent straight from the throne will give us
courage in every situation. This results in Faith and
Healing being released.

Its companion lamp is the Spirit of Might. Its color is

green. Green speaks of life and hope. In that place we
see miracles come to pass.

The innermost branches next to the Servant lamp are

the Spirit of Knowledge of the Lord and the Spirit of
the Fear of the Lord.

The Spirit of the Knowledge of the Lord is blue and

speaks of heaven where we will see Him as He is.

  41
This is a place of greater revelation and experience.
This is the deeper knowing of intimacy.

Then the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord is purple. It is

purple for He is King. When we see Him as King we
now have the reverential fear of the Lord and know the
awe of the Lord. It is here we surrender all!

Church history is awash with stories of those who have

had heaven experiences. One of the common themes
you hear is that they see and hear colors and sounds
that are indescribable. Reports are given of colors that
are not seen here on earth, and music and sounds that
go beyond our normal range of hearing. What
absolute joy we will experience when we, too, shall be
there!

God is real. He really is. He desires that we should

experience Him. He is so much more than the head
knowledge we obtain by study. He wants to touch us
and change our very lives with His Presence. Won’t
you come now and commit your life a fresh in prayer
today?

  42
Finally
Perhaps you have arrived at this point and realize that
you do not know Jesus as your personal Savior, or are
unsure about your personal destiny. We have included
here a simple prayer to pray that will change your life
and bring assurance and peace to you.

The Bible says, “If you confess with your mouth the
Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has
raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:9

Salvation is God’s gift to you. “The gift of God is

eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans
6:23.

When someone offers you a priceless gift, the wisest

thing you can do is accept it! This very moment you
can receive Christ’s gift of salvation [and the
ASSURANCE of your salvation] by sincerely praying
this simple prayer from your heart.

Just praying this simple prayer from the depths of your

heart right now assures you’ll have a home in Heaven
with Him, and after you die.

You will receive His Covenant Blessings of Peace,

Presence, Power, Protection and Provision here on
earth:

  43
Prayer  of  Salvation:
Dear God, know that I am a sinner. I know that you
love me and want to save me.

Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God, who died on

the cross to pay for my sins. I believe God raised you
to pay for my sin and by faith I now receive you as
my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my heart,
forgive my sins, and save me, Lord Jesus.

In your name I pray, Amen.

If you prayed this prayer, and meant it with all your

heart, you are saved!

I John 1: 9, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and

just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.”

Power  to  Live  Life
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit releases the Holy Spirit
in the believer to overflow and manifest outwardly.
Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal
Lord and Savior you ASK God to baptize you in the
Holy Spirit.

The Bible says, “Ask, and it shall be given you” Luke

11:9.

Secondly, believe you have, in fact, received this gift

from God.

The apostle Paul, writing to the Galatians, said, “Did

you receive the Spirit by the work of the law, or by
hearing with faith?” Galatians 3:2

You will have to believe that if you ask, you will

receive.

  45
Prayer  for  the  Baptism
of  the  Holy  Spirit
Heavenly Father, I come to You in faith. I thank
You that Jesus saved me. Holy Spirit, come upon
me. I ask You to baptize me in the Holy Spirit.
Right now, I receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit by
faith in Your Word.

Manifest the gifts of the Holy Spirit in my life, Lord

Jesus, with the initial sign of speaking in tongues.
May the anointing, the glory, and the power of God
come upon me and into my life that I will be
empowered for service from this day forward.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for baptizing me in Your

Holy Spirit. Amen.

Now, having asked and received begin to practice the

power of the Spirit.

“What is it, then? I WILL pray with the Spirit, and I

will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with
the Spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

I Corinthians 14:15

  46
A good place to begin is where the first apostles did,
praising God in a new language. How? Simply begin
praising God out loud in whatever words come to you,
whether one word or several. Tell Him how much you
love Him. Thank Him, worship Him and yield your
voice to Him. Let Him give you new words of praise
you have never heard before.

The Bible states, “…open wide your mouth and I will

fill it.” Psalm 81: 10. “And these signs shall follow
them that believe; in my name they shall cast out
devils; they shall speak with new tongues”
Mark 16: 17
