1. Obtain the V-I characteristics of a semi conductor diode. Calculate the static and dynamic
resistance of the diode in forward and reverse bias conditions.

2. i) Obtain the Forward Bias and Reverse Bias characteristics of a Zener diode.
ii) Find out the Zener Break down Voltage from the Characteristics.
iii) Obtain the Load Regulation Characteristic.

3. Plot the Input and Output characteristics of a transistor connected in Common Emitter
Configuration and find the h – parameters from the characteristics.

4. Obtain the Drain Characteristics and Transfer Characteristics of a Junction Field Effect
Transistor (JFET). Measure drain resistance, trans-conductance and amplification factor.

5. Obtain the V-I characteristics of UJT and plot its input negative resistance Characteristics.
Also find its Intrinsic Standoff Ratio.

6. Draw and verify the truth table of various logic Gates using their logic diagrams and logic
expressions.

7. Construct a half adder and full adder using logic gates and verify their truth tables.
8. Study the Operational amplifier as Adder, Subtractor, Integrator & Differentiator, Inverting and
Non inverting amplifier.

9. Design a 4 – bit Shift Register using D flip flops and verify the operation of serial loading and
parallel loading.

10. Design a Mod – 10 counter and verify its truth table using logic diagram.

11. Design and Construct a RC Phase Shift Oscillator. Obtain its output waveform and find its
frequency of oscillation.
12. Design and Construct a Wien Bridge Oscillator. Obtain its output waveform and find its
frequency of oscillation..

13. Write an assembly language program for adding and subtracting two 8 bit numbers by using 8085
micro processor kit.

Write an assembly language program for multiplying and dividing two 8 bit numbers by using 8085
micro processor kit.

15. Write an assembly language program to move a string from source to destination

16. Write an assembly language program to find the maximum and minimum of the given block of
data.

17. Write an assembly language program to make the stepper motor run in forward and reverse
directions.

18. Write an assembly language program for block of data transfer using different addressing modes.

19. Write an assembly language program to sort a block of data in ascending order and find the
largest number and display it in the data field.

20. Write an assembly language program to sort a block of data in descending order and find the
smallest number and display it in the data field.
