The effect of these regulations is to increase domestic workers’ minimum
wages and allowances with effect from the date of the publication of these GRADE MINIMUM WAGE

Grade 2: Cook/housekeeper 168,48 38,91 7,10 0,79
(with or without grade 1 duties)

disabled/aged minder (with
or without grade 1 or grade
2 duties)
Grade 4: Disabled/aged minder 189,70 43,82 7,97 0,89
with Red Cross Certificate or
similar qualification (with or
without grade 1, 2 or 3 duties)
* The hourly rate applies for each hour worked, and any part of an hour worked
must be remunerated as a complete hour.
