AFFIDAVIT OF NON-PURSUANCE OF CASE

I, ________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident


of ________________, after having been sworn, depose and state, THAT:

1. I am the victim of sexual exploitation by my husband, ______________,


and a resident of _________________;

2. The facts surrounding the incident of abuse was in fact reported to the
Philippine National Police, Anti-Cybercrime Group, Regional Anti-
____________________________. On same day, I submitted to the said office
pieces of documentary evidence and a hard drive containing the evidence
of abuse, which was received by ________________;

3. That upon careful consideration and after the lapse of a considerable


period of time, I am dismayed by the non-progress of the instant case
and I am hereby constrained to suspend/desist the prosecution thereof
against my husband;

4. I am executing this affidavit to establish under oath the truth of the


foregoing declaration for the purpose of withdrawing all the pieces of
evidence submitted to the said office and for whatever legal purposes it
may serve;
