the performance criteria of QDC MP 1.4 as well as all requirements identified in this form Part 1 and Part 2 Assessment by RPEQ/Building Certifier
alternate solution to comply with the Performance Criteria detailed in QDC MP1.4

The Brisbane City Council considers the alternative solutions on Part 2 of this form to meet P1
and P2 of QDC MP 1.4.
If the solutions are met, BCC will accept the referral agency request as a Fast Track response
with no conditions. BCC will stamp “Consent with no conditions” on this form.
1. The storm water pipe must be accurately located on-site by the builder/supervisor to
determine its size, alignment and depth prior to building works commencing.
2. Works must be undertaken in accordance with all of the materials comprising the properly
made Referral to Council as Concurrence Agency (QDC MP 1.4) submitted to Council.
NOTES:
1. Council’s consent is issued in direct reliance upon the Assessor’s Declaration in the Build
Over or Near Stormwater Part 2 – Assessment alternate solution form.
2. A Private Certifier must not issue a Building Development Approval which is inconsistent with
the above conditions.
