AFFIDAVIT: Anwaar Hussain S/O Hafiz Nazar Hussain CNIC 35202-2448113-1 R/O House No. 129-
E, Street No. 4, Punjab Co-operative Housing Society, Ghazi Road, Lahore Cantt.,
Lahore.

I, the above named deponent do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under:

That Mr.Iftikhar Hussain S/O Nazar Hussain bearing CNIC No. 38401-0364183-3 is the absolute owner of all
that piece and parcel of property measuring 46 Marlas out of which area measuring approximately 34 Marlas is
being used for the purpose of running a school popularly known as Millat Model School by raising purpose-
built building bearing Khewet No. 43, Khatooni NO. 218 to 224 situated at Halal Pur, Tehsil Kot Momin,
District Sargodha through the Family Settlement Deed dated 04-04-2016 duly reflected and Exhibited in the
judgment and decree dated 08-04-2016 Passed by the Ch. Muhammad Imran Ishaque Learned Civil Judge,
Lahore.

That though the revenue record has not been got amended in light of the Family Settlement Deed and Judgment
and Decree dated 08-04-2016, Mr. Iftikhar Hussain is absolute owner of the said property.

That the deponent has no interest or claim in respect of demised property therein nor has any objection if the
same is leased out by Mr. Iftikhar Hussain for the use and running of Millat Model School, Halal Pur.

Verified on Oath at Lahore on this ____ day of December, 2019 that the contents of the above said affidavit are
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
