dated: 31.10.2017.
2. From the Convenor, United Forum of Bank Unions A.P. & Telangana
State Units, Letter dated: 06.09.2018

In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders notifying
holidays under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 for the year 2018.

2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Convenor, United Forum of Bank
Unions, A.P. & Telangana State Units, has requested to declare 21.09.2018 as
holiday on the eve of Moharam under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

3. After careful consideration of the matter, Government have decided to


declare Holiday on 21.09.2018 (Friday) on the occasion of Moharam under
Negotiable Instruments Act. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and
shall be published in the extraordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh.

NOTIFICATION

“In Partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.2437, General


Administration (Poll.B) Department, dated: 31.10.2017, the Government hereby
declare 21.09.2018 (Friday) as Holiday under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881”.
