SOP OF FIRST-AID TREATMENT

1. Objective
To define the procedure for First-aid treatment.

2. Scope

This SOP is applicable at Solitaire Pharmacia Pvt. Ltd., Baddi.

3. Responsibility
HR Department

Head–Administration & Personnel

5. Procedure
5.1. In case of any accident, the First-Aid must be provided by the trained person to injured
person and information must give to HR Department.
5.2. First aid box shall available at following department
HR

5.3. In case of requirement of First- aid treatment the employee shall contact above mentioned
department.

5.4. In case of major injury, the injured person shall admit at Bhardwaj Hospital, Baddi
Phone no-01795-246020/246320.
5.5. In case of requirement of Ambulance or any other medical assistance shall contact at
Bhardwaj Hospital, Baddi Phone no-01795-246020/246320.
