Construction Material Testing Engineering Course Syllabus

This course covers the physical properties and testing of common construction materials like metals, plastics, wood, concrete, and aggregates. Students will learn about material properties and how they relate to design, and will conduct experiments on materials according to ASTM standards. The course involves 2 hours of lecture and 3 hours of laboratory per week. Students will learn to explain material properties, test materials, and evaluate test results. Grading is based on experiments, exams, quizzes, and assignments.
