ISSUE –
ROYAL COMMISSION Re COVID-19-In search of the truth- Heroes or Villains

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, do you expect a ROYAL COMMISSION to discover the truth?

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, in my view I have already obtained a lot of details but
welcome anyone to provide any further details/information. In my view a ROYAL
COMMISSION ought to be able to discover the truth.
While it is claimed that it is about protecting the “vulnerable” in real terms it appears to me to be
the opposite of it what is achieved.

Does anyone really hold that “leadership” is to being led by the nose upon illusionary
claims of what may exist? Does anyone really accept that to deny certain people their
basic human rights is “leadership”?

Do Viruses Exist

It appears to me that the “virus” is a fabricated issue, at least considering what the video presents,
and much like the issue of “citizenship” in Australia. In my view no person should be permitted
to be a Member of Parliament if not understanding/comprehending the true constitutional
meaning and application of citizenship. And the same should be applied to judicial officers.
I challenge anyone to prove to me that “citizenship” is referred to by the Framers of the
Constitution to be a “nationality”! It simply is a false creation by the Federal government and
since perpetrated by the High Court of Australia this even so the Commonwealth in AEC v
Schorel-Hlavka on 19 July 2006 comprehensively was defeated by me (representing myself) on
the issue of “CITIZENSHIP”.

Do note “is under any acknowledgment of allegiance” which relates to “Nationality” whereas
“citizenship” relates to the place of residence.

place in the hands of the Commonwealth Parliament, however much I may be prepared to trust it, the
right of depriving me of citizenship. I put this only as an argument, because no one would anticipate such a
thing, but the Commonwealth Parliament might say that nobody possessed of less than £1,000 a year should
be a citizen of the Federation. You are putting that power in the hands of Parliament.

Mr. HIGGINS.-Why not?

Mr. SYMON.-I would not put such a power in the hands of any Parliament. We must rest this
Constitution on a foundation that we understand, and we mean that every citizen of a state shall be a
citizen of the Commonwealth, and that the Commonwealth shall have no right to withdraw, qualify, or
restrict those rights of citizenship, except with regard to one particular set of people who are subject to
disabilities, as aliens, and so on.

It should be clear the constitution wouldn’t use both “is under any acknowledgment of allegiance”
and “a citizen” if it was and the same.

Clearly, anyone who accepts to have a nationality of “Australian citizenship” has been
indoctrinated/brainwashed as much as what is going on about what is a “virus”.
Let it be clear that at least since the early 1300’s fabricated claims were made and
LOCKDOWNS were used to isolate groups of people and then starved to death, poisoned and
otherwise murdered for political reasons using all kinds of propaganda to seek to justify this.
Even using religious reasons. (Actually, I have a video where it is claimed that in the UK they
starve to death in the thousands babies who have deformation.) My view is that we have no right
to terminate a child’s life merely because it may have deformations. It’s right to life was created
at time of conception!
We now have so called “leaders” gone mad to strangle the economy and for what?
For political reasons to enforce getting rid of the usage of cash? For implementing New World
Order even so this violates out constitutional embedded legal principles? The harm now inflicted
by those so called “leaders” cannot be justified. It is not saving a single life in a manner that
couldn’t have been done otherwise.

Why for example is my 87 year old wife’s life suffering from hearth Failure, Kidney problems,
High Blood pressure placed unduly at risk but this LOCKDOWN and other draconic rules and
regulations rather than instead being provided or even allowed to have appropriate care and
attention as ordinary required? Why indeed cause such an elaborate upheaval regarding this so
called COVID-19 issue when compared to the Flu which causes a lot more deaths no such
extreme measurers are in place, neither that when it comes to motor vehicle accidents, etc. As
such, it seems to me that those so called “leaders” are no leaders at all but for whatever personal
benefit are willing to “screw” the nation. This also underlines why any business that makes any
political donation should be barred from being able to have any kind of contract for at least 10
years. This, so the so called “leaders” are not acting because of those who provided political
donations. Many corporations are as I understand it making donations to the various political
parties and this may underline their donations are to be more of a kind of bribery that regardless
who gets into power they can benefit as some pay back in kind.
As my 2-5-2020 correspondence to PM Scott Morrison sets out that despite the claims of so
many deaths like in the USA the hospitals somehow seems to be deserted. So where are all those
claimed patients? How on earth can anyone accept that doctors and nurses are doing dancing in
and outside hospitals with 20 or more of them if the hospitals were so overwhelmed with
patients? How hygienic is it to have doctors and nurses dancing with what is allegedly a corpse
inside a hospital? Indeed how insensitive to the deceased relatives.
What about the images shown that medical staff are outside ta medical centre mainly without
mask, without distancing and laughing, etc, supported by the Fire Brigade blocking through
traffic. That doesn’t appear to be some disaster event but rather a blatant show of deception,
about some claimed disaster where the opposite might be reality.
It is perhaps a forerun using the claimed COVID-19 issue as an excuse as to later pursue it
further, under the excuse that people are willing to accept being denied their constitutional rights

for the sake of protecting others. This while to my understanding the entire LOCKDOWN, etc,
actually is achieving the opposite. As I mentioned above my wife is a clear example that even
about 3 weeks later she still has not received the prescriptions of 3 medications. Oh, I get it,
Australian Post is too busy to deal with parcels and so letting the “vulnerable” left at risk, even to
die, obviously is not that important for Australian Post or for that politicians.
This is where there is no “leadership” because making demands to LOCKDOWN and used the
police to terrorize citizens in violation of their constitutional rights is not “leadership” to the
contrary is nothing less than TERRORISM. After all, “leadership” would have resulted that
even if a LOCKDOWN was constitutionally permissible (not something I seek to imply to be so)
then appropriate measures would have been made to ensure that the “vulnerable” were provided
with essential food parcels, etc.
When one also consider that they could be having the police or others attending to once address
regardless having used an assume identity for the “COVIDSafe app ” . so called “COVIDSafe app”
Relies upon registered simcards, which are registered against the identity of a person then one
has to be an utter fool in that regard also to fall for the mantra that one can use any assumed
identity to avoid personal tracking. The mandatory registration of simcard’s against a person’s
identity, and be verified for this, means that anyone who joined “COVIDSafe app”.

Let it be clear that no amount of criticism can sufficiently condemn this kind of conduct to fake
immunization.
As I understand it from numerous report’s we have children dying or maimed for life due to
vaccination and we have here a Premier who seems to make a joke out of vaccination?
How trustworthy can then such “leader” be deemed to be when faking things?

* Is your view that also considering Minister of health Greg Hunt to QUARANTINE Ruby
Princess passengers and crew that this might be an elaborate set up for something like New
World Order?
**#** That is not for me to determine but any fair minded person would question why any
Minister of health responsible and so much supporting distancing and the LOCKDOWN
crippling the rights of people to earn an income and to cause by this the failure of many
businesses would then act contrary to the Governments mantra and allow the very danger to
society it claims to seek to prevent.
Compared to the number of people that ordinary die on a daily basis being old age, etc, then it
just doesn’t make sense to me to have this lockdown.
We have people spending their lifeworks to build up some business and then we got so called
“leaders” who are willing to destroy that lifeworks. In my view those so called “leaders” should
be personally face the legal consequences and not protected by their office because where they
acted outside their legal powers in violation of the true meaning and application of the
constitution then let them end up as paupers so other politicians will learn a lesson not ever to
follow this kind of TERRORISM against the community.
* What about the 457 visa holders?
**#** it makes not one iota difference of you appreciate or not 457 visa holders, but what is
important is that they are human beings and are paying taxes as anyone else. As such they should
have the same rights and protection and not be wrongly denied this. Many make huge sacrifices

to be able to earn a living in Australia and besides supporting a family back home also have
additional cost of accommodation in Australia and they too still are paying the reported 7% old
age pension as part of their taxes. Well, they should not be denied equal protection! Anyone who
accept such unconstitutional discrimination might just have to consider what it would be to be
discriminated against say to be denied insurance not because you did anything wrong but some
distant family member you may never had even known existed was committing fraud on a
insurance company and so they ban you because of that from being able to have a motor vehicle
insurance. Would you accept that this beyond your fault incident should never be acceptable to
you as a form of harm inflicted upon you? Well the same with 457 visa holders, they are
deprived to work because of the LOCKDOWN, etc, ordered by the so called “leaders” well then
make those so called “leaders personally liable for their loss of income, etc.
Let us also not ignore that hospitals, etc, have a financial gain in this whole COVID-19 issue.
As I wrote to PM Scott Morrison, ventilators can and do kill people if they are not properly

Actually there are many other video’s about the same. As such, you cannot claim to pursue the
health and safety of the community when in fact you irresponsibly have failed to ensure that
hospitals are properly equipped and programmed with ventilators and there is appropriate trained
staff to use each and everyone of them. Killing people by using ventilators that are in untrained
hands or are wrongly programmed cannot be justified. How on earth can any LOCKDOWN
suddenly overcome the years of neglect by Governments to ensure hospitals were having
appropriate trained medical staff in case of an outbreak?

One Doctor’s View From Inside Australian Healthcare System

In my view this article (reproduced in the 2-5-2020 correspondence to PM Scott Morrison) rather
may underline to condemn the LOCKDOWN as clearly my wife has been denied appropriate
care for what? For some ideology of politicians? Why on earth would it be more dangerous to
say walk in a park on your own then to go shopping in some supermarket? It simply doesn’t
make sense. We need a ROYAL COMMISSION to properly investigate all relevant issues.
As I also did set out in the 2-5-2020 correspondence to PM Scott Morrison this whole notion
about “National Cabinet” is utter and sheer constitutional nonsense. And if we do not now seek
to stop this kind of nonsense then soon it will drastically be escalated that we as electors will no
longer have any say in the governing of the Commonwealth of Australia, and will be under
ongoing TERRORISM.
Let the truth be known.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
