ANSWER KEY

In 2016, less than forty percent graduates get job/were employed especially in
Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Sarawak.

ii. ↑ countries w/ disabled ppl (2015) – esp.UK, India, HK & Nepal.


There is an increase in the number of countries with disabled people in 2015,
especially in United Kingdom, India, Hong Kong and Nepal.

iii. Asthma – frequency ↑ 13 % to 358 mil people, number of deaths ↓ > than ¼.
The frequency of people with/suffering from asthma has an increase of 13
percent to 358 million people, with the number of deaths drop to more than a
quarter.

iv. M’sia 2010- >15mil elderly gen. compared 2009.


There is more than 15 million elderly generation in 2010 compared to 2009. _

v. TNB - Loss ↓ 2015 = 5.1 mil. esp. Nov = 1 mil.


Tenaga Nasional Berhad had a total loss of 5.1 million in 2015, especially in
November where they lost 1 million.

vi. Now = children → 7 ½ hrs. per day – in front screen (e.g. TV, v.games, PC).
Nowadays/presently/currently children spend 7 and a half hours everyday in
front of the screen, for example watching television, playing video games and
using the personal computer._

day, where they spent 1,000 dollars every year/annually/yearly.

ii. Med. study in UK = w/in 5 yr. of 1st stroke, risk for 2nd ↑ > 40%.
A medical study in United Kingdom found that within five years of a first stroke, the
risk of getting a second stroke increase to more than forty percent.

iii. 2003- 2012, obese child. (2- 5yr.old) 18% → 14%


From 2003 to 2012, the percentage of obese children between two to five years old
decrease/drop from eighteen to forteen percent.

iv. 2013, ppl eat 5 servings of veg.; ≥ 4 days per week; Jhr (68%), M’ca (63%), Png
(62%); , T’ganu (53%) & Prk (54%). 
In 2013, people eat five servings of vegetables more than four days a week. Johoreans
eat the most with 68 percent, followed by Malacca (63 percent),
Penang(62percent), Terengganu (53 percent) and Perak (54 percent).

The operating hours of Faculty of Information Communication and
Technology is from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays and closed between 1

During World War II/Second World War, Japan took control of several
