E.O. 292 - Admin Code of 1987

This document outlines key provisions around the operation and effect of laws from the Administrative Code of 1987 in the Philippines. It discusses that laws take effect immediately after publication unless otherwise specified. It also notes that laws apply prospectively, the English text controls in cases of ambiguity, and that ignorance of the law is not an excuse for non-compliance. It describes the contents and publication of the Official Gazette, including that it serves as prima facie evidence of legal authority.
