The system allows FDA clients to make payments without going to FDA in Alabang or queuing at the FDA Cashier. ‘The current scope for registration payments accepted thru the BancNet online are: e-Registration for Low Risk Food Products, Household Urban Hazardous Substances Notification, and Toys Notification. Payments will be posted in the FDA system after 4 — 5 calendar days. FDA will issue an Official Receipt (OR) within 5 — 10 calendar days after posting. Present your printed transaction receipt upon claim of FDA OR for verification purposes. The online payment system allows online transfer of payments for FDA services. Members of BancNet using the payment gateway can use the ATM, cellular phones, ‘computers and landline phones right inside their offices or homes. The close ties and partnership between the FDA and the BancNet through DBP has made this transparent and convenient mode of payment possible. The FDA still retains the other mode of payments, like direct payment to the FDA Cashier or through the traditional banking system.
