KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RUTH SANTOS LLANES, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 7-B P. Zamora St., San
Isidro Village, Marikina City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, JANETH DELA PEÑA
UMALI, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence address at 4 Morocco St., Greenheights
Subd., Ph. 3 Nangka, Marikina City to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name,
place, and stead, to do the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To act as my legal representative to claim/receive my allowance/s in


terms of cash or cheque for Manila Retired Teachers Association (MARTA) with Cash
Division, Manila City Hall or to any related/attached offices;

2. To execute, sign, acknowledge or otherwise submit any and all other


documents requisite and necessary for the attainment of the above purpose; and

3. To make ancillary act necessary thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as hereinabove
indicated, for any and all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said attorney or his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
