This document provides a rubric for assessing student performance in the Drives and Automation Laboratory course. The rubric outlines 5 criteria being assessed: background theory and aim, procedure, design/testing/simulation, conclusion, and viva voce. For each criteria, performance is scored on a scale from excellent to needs improvement, with assigned point values ranging from 10-15 points per criteria and a total of 100 points. Faculty will use this rubric to evaluate student understanding, execution of experiments, ability to draw conclusions, and overall performance in the lab course.
