advisory

development

management
since
the
year
2004,
served
for
a
cross
section
of
industries
like

Infra,
construction,
media,
entertainment,
healthcare,
automobile,
and
few
manufacturing
segments.

Now
offering
loan
processing
services.
SMS
is
herein
after
called
as
the
First
Party.
Mr.
 Deshidhar
 Goud,
 Managing
 Partner
 of
 M/s
 FORTUNE
 CONSTRUCTIONS,
 R/O
 Barkatpura,

Hyderabad,
engaged
in
construction
industry,
having
in
the
need
of
finance,
approached
the
First
Party

to
take
the
services,
herein
after
called
as
Second
Party.
This
agreement
is
made
on
………………….
by
and
between
the
above-mentioned
Parties
for
a
specific

purpose
of
procurement
of
loan
/
finance.

1.
 The
 Second
 Party
 shall
 share
 furnish
 the
 documents
 like
 personal
 identities,
 banking
 and

business-related
documents
required
for
loan
processing.
2.
 The
First
Party
and
its
team
approached
banks
/
financial
institutions
best
suitable
for
the
Second

Party
based
its
factual
information
and
process
them
for
a
loan.
3.
 The
 First
 Party
 after
 processing
 shall
 keep
 the
 Second
 Party
 updated
 about
 related

developments.
4.
 Once
 the
 approval
 is
 done,
 the
 Second
 Party
 will
 be
 communicated
 about
 the
 preliminary

approval
/
rejection
in
writing.
5.
 If
the
loan
is
approved,
the
First
Party
will
organize
communication
in
writing
from
the
Bank
/
the

Institute
to
the
Second
Party.

6.
 The
First
Party
charges
10%
on
the
sanctioned
(approved)
loan
amount
to
the
Second
Party.
The

Second
Party
is
agreed
for
this
service
charges
to
First
Party.

7.
 The
Second
Party
shall
pay
50%
of
service
charges
to
the
First
Party
on
the
date
of
receipt
of
the

loan
sanction
letter
and
the
rest
of
service
charges
on
the
date
of
release
of
the
fund
to
the
Bank

a/c
of
the
Second
Party.
The
Second
Party
shall
give
signed
cheques
(PDC)
after
processing
and

before
releasing
the
sanction
letter
and
shall
honor
them
on
those
dates
when
deposited
as

agreed
by.

8.
 The
 Second
 Party
 shall
 abide
 by
 the
 rules
 and
 regulations
 related
 to
 the
 Bank
 /
 Financial

Institution
as
agreed
&
applicable.

9.
 The
First
Party
shall
not
use
the
documents
of
the
Second
Party
for
any
other
purpose
other
than

for
furnishing
to
Banks/Financial
institutions.
