ROUTINE LIFTING OPERATIONS PLAN CHECKLIST

All personnel will follow EDC SMS procedures; Crane Drivers will only be given instructions by a
dedicated banks man.
Do not stand below loads; keep hands clear of rigging as slack is taken up.
Do not climb onto containers or stacked pallets; never stand between loads and obstructions (i.e.
bulkheads or handrails).
The load should be initially lifted a nominal distance, this trial lift will verify that the load is balanced and
in a safe condition.
Never travel the load over other work groups, running machinery, well test areas, diving spreads,
pressurized pipe work or accommodation.
Use tag line when appropriate.
