Performance Task in Pre-Calculus

First Quarter, AY 2018-19


Instruction:

1. In the cover page, it should contain the following:


a. name of the members in the format LAST NAME, FIRST NAME MIDDLE
INITIAL in alphabetical order.
b. strand
c. class schedule

2. Each topic should contain at least 2 pages for the following:


a. description of the problem
b. solution of the problem
c. illustration

Note:
a. The description and solution of the problem should not be hand
written.
b. Use the equation function of Microsoft Word for your solution.
c. The illustration should be presentable with complete details (i.e. labels,
coordinates and other related information).
d. Use your creativity in presenting your illustrations.

3. The document should be written in a short size bond paper and place it in
a clear short size plastic folder.
