ASSEMBLEY INSTRUCTIONS
Stage 1
For foundation, you can use an existing concrete platform or build a foundation of stone tiles or
concrete. Recommended slope is minimum 1-2%. Protection basis of the wood will be installed
between the frame structure and foundation and placed in the middle of tiles. Bottom construction
(mounting frame) is made so: place mounting rail on base and fix it with screwing at the middle of
tiles. Distance between mounting profiles is 35-45 cm. We recommend for terraces that are designed
for heavy traffic that distance between profiles, would be 30-35 cm.
Stage 2
Mounting rails will be longitudinal in the sense of water flow, thus avoiding permanent contact with
water with rail. Rails are fixed with screwing by keeping an expansion joint of 3 cm from the
building wall. For areas that require combining rails this can be done either by their head to head
fixing or with their movement on one side. It is necessary that the rails be perforated from 60 cm to
60 cm to allow water flow. Place on the mounting rails fixing clips (metal or plastic clips). The first
clips will be fixed with screwing so that structure will not slip.
Stage 3
Assembly the first decking profile
Insert the first profile on mounting rail, by keeping a gap of 3 inches from the wall and fix it in the
first clip set with screwing. Place next clips, is recommended not to be fixed, allowing dilatation of
profiles in different thermal regimes and possible disassembly. Profile, clips, profile, clips, etc. the
structure is built easily.
Stage 4
After finishing the terrace, will close it with a plinth at the wall that can be caught in screwing
footpath B.
