Designation : HR Manager
Location : Mumbai
Desired Experience : 3-5 years of experience in HR

Key Responsibilities:
â Work towards building an efficient HR function
â Talent Acquisition - managing Recruitment process, including advertising, reviewing resumes,
Coordinating for interviews, conducting reference and background checks.
â Managing the entire employee life cycle - on-boarding process, training, payroll, engagement,
performance management and separation .
â Process excellence - Streamlining existing processes, SOPs and working on new processes.
â Attrition and manning management
â Handling employee insurance related issues and renewal.
â Processing payroll via third party payroll service.
â Creating policies and procedures across various HR functions.
â Implementing and administering performance management process.
â Ensuring statutory compliance is adhered.
