Turbine Lube Oil System Guide

The document summarizes the objectives and content covered in Module 10 of Course 234 on turbine lubricating oil systems. Specifically, it will explain how bearing inlet oil pressure is controlled by different pumps, describe operating concerns caused by low or high oil pressures, state protective actions for dropping oil pressure, and features to prevent overpressure. It will also describe concerns from low and high oil temperatures, and discuss sources, consequences, and removal of common lube oil impurities.
