PVC Panel Installation Guidelines

1. Install a metal furring framework on the walls at 40-60cm intervals that runs around the perimeter and at right angles to the desired ceiling panel direction. 2. Fix edge trim around the perimeter batten as close to the walls as possible. Measure and cut panels to length between edge trims, deducting 2cm. Insert tongue into edge trim and screw panels to framing. 3. Install remaining panels by pushing into groove of previous panel and screwing into position, trimming final panel as needed.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINE

1.A framework of metal furring must be first be fastened to the wall at 40-60cm intervals.
framing must also run around the perimeter of the wall area AB framing must run at
right angles to the desired direction of your ceiling panels.
2.Using rivets or black screw fix the edge trim around the perimeter batten as close as
possible to the walls. Calculate the length of panel required by measuring from edge
trim on wall (A) to edge trim on wall (B).
3.Deduct 2cm from this length and cut your panel to this size. Insert panel with the
tongue into the edge trim and push into position. Now screw the panel into place at
each framing by fastening through the panels fixing edge.
4.Once the first panel is in place, simply push the remaining panels into the groove of the
preceeding panel and screw into position as before. Before installing final panel,
ensure you trim the panel to the desired width, then work into the edge trim with a
pallet knife.
