Speaker’s Profile
Mr. Nagarajan Velappen: currently works as the Head of Contracts for Projacs International, Qatar.
He has 27 years of experience in Contract Management and Commercial Management of high profile
projects across 7 countries spanning Middle East, Far East and India. He holds a Degree in Civil
Engineering as well as Quantity Surveying including MBA in Project Management. He has been a
professional member of the RICS since 2014 and has delivered seminars and webinars for the RICS.
Prior to his second stint with Projacs, Mr. Nagarajan had the opportunity to work as a Vice-President for a
reputed real estate developer in India. His wide range of experience in different countries and working on
different forms of Contract has helped to gain expertise on a wide range of topics such as Contract
Administration, Claims Management and Cost Management including being closely associated with
Contract Disputes. Mr. Nagarajan has great leadership and motivational skills and is a keen sports
enthusiast who has significant achievements in the sports of Running, Tennis and Cricket.
