HOW TO FIND SHUTTER SPEED ON, LENS

APER,TUR,E

There are lwo basic methods lo find shul-

ier speed or lens aperlure:
1. The method of reflecled light (obiect
brightness), tn this case lhe exposure meler
is used to measure an inlensily of lhe light
reflecled inlo the camera by the obiecl lo
be photographed,
When using this melhod, p l a c e lhe expo-
sure meler al lhe camera localion and direct
it to the obiect of inlerest.
2, The method of incideni light (il lumi-
nation of object), ln this case lhe exposure
meter is used lo measure an intensify of lhe
light illuminaling the object lo be pholo-
g raphed,
When using this method, place lhe expo-
sure meler at the obieci localion and direct
il 1o ihe camera, the opal glass being in-
serled inlo the meler window.
