HASBUNALLĀH DHIKR
1. Recite Once:
‫الراج ْي ام‬
َّ ‫ان‬ َّ ‫هلل ام َن‬
‫الش ْيطَ ا‬ ‫أَعوذُ اِب ا‬
ُْ
A-`ŪDHU BILLĀHI MINASH SHAYTĀ-NIR RAJĪM

I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the rejected one.

2. Recite Once:
‫الراح ْي ام‬
َّ ‫الر ْْح ان‬ ‫باس ام ا‬
َّ ‫هللا‬ ْ
BIS-MIL-LĀHIR RAHMĀ-NIR RAHĪM

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

3. Recite Once :
‫ال ََلُم الن ا‬ ‫َّ ا‬
‫ش ْو ُه ْم‬
َ ‫َّاس قَ ْد ََجَعُ ْوا لَ ُك ْم فَا ْخ‬ َ ‫َّاس إ َّن الن‬ ُ ُ َ َ‫اَلذيْ َن ق‬
‫اد ُه ْم إاْْيَ ااًن َّوقَالُ ْوا َح ْسبُ نَا هللاُ َونا ْع َم ال َْوكا ْيل‬
َ ‫فَ َز‬
AL- LA-DHĪNA QĀLA LAHUMMUN NĀSU INNAN- NĀSA QAD
JAMA`Ū LAKUM FAKH-SHAW-HUM
FAZĀDAHUM IMĀNAN(W) WA QĀLŪ
HASBUNALLĀHU WA NI`MAL WAKĪL

People said to them (i.e. the Believers):


“A great army is gathering against you, so fear them”:
But it (only) increased their faith, and they responded:
“Allah is sufficient for us. And He is the best Disposer of affairs.”

[Surah Āli-`Imrān, 3:173]

4. Recite Four Hundred and Fifty Times :


‫َح ْسبُ نَا هللاُ َونا ْع َم ال َْوكا ْيل‬
HASBUNALLĀHU WA NI`MAL WAKĪL

“Allah is sufficient for us. And He is the best Disposer of affairs.”

[Surah Āli-`Imrān, 3:173]

5. Recite Once:
‫س ْس ُه ْم ُس ْوءٌ َواتَّبَ عُ ْوا‬ َّ ْ َ‫َوف‬ ‫فَانْ َقلَب وا باناعم ٍة امن ا‬
َ َْ‫ض ٍل َّلْ ْي‬ ‫هللا‬ َ َ ْ ُْ
‫ض ٍل َع اظ ْي ام‬ ‫ضوا َن ا‬
ْ َ‫ف‬ ‫هللا َوهللاُ ذُ ْو‬ َ ْ ‫ار‬
FANQALABŪ BI-NI`MATIM MINALLĀHI WA FADLIL LAM
YAM-SAS-HUM SŪ-UN(W) WAT-TABA`Ū RIDWĀNALLĀH
WALLĀHU DHŪ FADLIN `AZĪM

And they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allah; no harm ever
touched them. For they followed the good pleasure of Allah. And Allah
is the Lord of limitless bounties.

[Surah Āli-`Imrān, 3:174]

6. Recite Three Times:


‫ت با اه الْم َق ا‬
‫اديْ ار‬ َ ْ ‫ف بانَا فا ْي َما َج َر‬ ُ ‫اَللّ ُه َّم ََي لَ اط ْي‬
ْ ُ‫ف اُلْط‬
ALLĀHUMMA, YA LATĪF, ULTUF BINĀ FĪMĀ JARAT
BIHIL MAQĀDĪR

O Allah! O Most Gentle and Kind! Treat us gently in unfolding in our


lives that which your inevitable Decree contains.

7. Recite Once:
. ‫ص ْحبا اه َو َسلَّ ْم‬ ‫اا‬ ٍ ‫ا‬
َ ‫صل هللاُ َعلَى َسياّد ًَن ُُمَ َّمد َو َعلَى آله َو‬
َّ ‫َو‬
WA ṢAL-LALLĀHU `ALĀ SAYYIDINĀ MUHAMMADIN WA `ALĀ
ĀLIHI WA ṢAḤBIHĪ WA SALLAM

O Allah! Bless our Master Muhammad, and his family and his
companions, and grant them peace.

8. Make Du`ā’ for your Shaykh, yourself, your parents, your fellow
Brethren on this Path, and all Muslims.
