I, RUDYARD C. PENEQUITO, of legal age, married and with postal


address at #7 Road II Pag-asa, after being sworn to in accordance with the law
do hereby depose the following:

1. That as of the present time, I am not employed in any capacity at any


government office, corporation, company or individual person;

2. That I am executing this Affidavit of Non-Employment to attest the truth of


the foregoing statements and for whatever legal intents and purposes this
may serve.
