Steam Coal Trade Terms

QUANTITY : 50,000MT +/- 10% at vessel option.
SURVEYOR : Any Independent Surveyor at Seller's Option
LOADING POINT : East Kalimantan, Indonesia
LOADING RATE : 8,000 tpwwd shinc
LAYCAN : July, 2020. Final laycan to be mutually agreed, but
subject to clean workable LC being available with
Seller at least 5 working days before start of laycan &
buyer providing workable vessel nomination (of
suitable geared & grabbed vessel) at least 7 days
before ETA of vessel.
PAYMENT : 100% LC at sight by International Prime Bank upon
documents presentation.
VALIDITY : Subject Unsold and Subject to Reconfirmation by
Contract Seller
