start-up. Our Business mainly includes standalone stores and retail stores that will be
specialized in the limited of exclusive range of varieties. As the Indian retail
industry in clothing is the largest among all the industries, this business is booming due
to low risks involved.

Introduction:
Malka Boutique is a new Boutique Shop that will be opened for the Indian people who
loves fashion. The Name Malka is an Arabic word which Means the “Queen”. Our focus
is to provide the customized Designer wear which is designed by our own
fashion Designers. Our main intention is to obtain the local market and become a
centre for shopping activity for the Locals and as well as the Non-Resident population
who Enjoys wearing the Fashion apparels.

Operations and Management:


The intention is to offer clothing to the underserved market of the community who desires
differentiated cloths. The major boutiques have left a maintain in this market with the aid
of no longer offering differentiated products by way of focusing on consumer
preferences. Our goal is to benefit 60% of this market share by way of specializing in our
area of interest positioning, community location, brand that we sell, hospitality and
unique promotions. Moreover, to accomplish that we want to excel and live on the

Complex. Such as Zara, H&M, GAP Fashion houses etc. So, these are the branded
clothing stores which the clients prefer first. We need to compete with them
