Controversy raised in this petition with respect to


constitutional validity of Rule 7(1)(i) of the Haryana School
Education (Group C) State Cadre Service Rules, 2012, is already
drawing attention of this court in CWP-23248-2019 and CWP-23093-
2019 wherein notice of motion has been issued.

Considering the facts, let notice of motion be issued


in this petition as well.

Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of
the respondents and prays for a short accommodation to seek
instructions and/or file reply.
