Introduction
This project is about product of Ceramic Glazed Tiles which
is having a very bright prospect in bathrooms and kitchen in
modern housing and in Analytical Laboratories. Due to the
liberalized economic policy followed and encouragement by
Government of India future prosperity of this product in the
India is obviously bright.

1. COMPANY NAME: ‘Sri Ganesh tiles’.


2. VISION /MISSION:
 To serve and meet customers' needs and expectations, by
means of transforming the rock extracted in nature into
granites that provide beauty and wellness.
 To be recognized on the market as one of the
best granite suppliers in the city.

3. TYPE OF BUSINESS:
It is manufacturing and selling business, where this
company buys product with the intention of using them as raw
materials in making a new product. Thus there is a
transformation of product purchased. This company sells the
granites and tiles mostly to the local people who are started
the construction, this company also made agreement with civil
engineer to buys their products.

Name of the owner is Shivkumar G, age is 45yrs, and He is
basically from Kolar.

Since he single handily starts his business. All investments
are done by him. According to him he invested about 20 lakhs
and also he took loan from bank about 10 lakhs.

The unique thing about this company is that they
manufacture huge varieties of granites with different colours
and designs. Also they deliver the order given by the customer
to their required area is very fast.

The raw materials used to form the tiles consist of clay
minerals mined from earth’s crust. Hence this company also
tie up with 2 companies for the raw materials.
