SET UP PROCEDURE OPERATION SEQUENCE

Select Wright deburring tools(File or Blade) 1 Pre check all corners.

Check for all corners, No Jaw marks on Outer diameter, No Dents and damages on
2 2 Remove the burr on Corners using blade
OD & Bowl side.

3 No rust & Pit marks. 3 Remove the burr on Bowl side.

4 Remove the burr on Outer profile side.Sharp edges remove by file.

5 If It is "OK" Move the Parts next process.

6 If it is "NOT OK" Quarantine Rework.

ABNORMALITY HANDLING

Following are the abnormal conditions:


1.Tooling change 2.Shift change

In all the above mentioned abnormal conditions, first Piece inspection to

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place parts in bins. 3
2 All the bins must have correct WIP tags
3 Don't mix lots ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS
4 If machine is inoperable, notify shift supervisor 1 Work Instruction
5 Enter the number of parts produced from the particular insert in respective tool life monitoring chart. 2
6 If there are any abnormalities in the process, inform the shift supervisor 3 VALIDATION

SAFETY REVISION DETAILS
1. Wear Goggles, ear plugs if required.
2. Never operate machines if guards are not in place
