TO : CFCST EMPLOYEES

DATE ISSUED : May 2, 2020

Pursuant to the declaration by the Cotabato Provincial Government through its Executive Order No. 62 s.
2020 dated April 30, 2020, the Province of North Cotabato is placed under General Community
Quarantine (GCQ) starting May 01 until May 15, 2020. Moreover, Section 6.22 thereof expressly provides
that higher education institutions (HEIs) may continue classes to finish the Academic Year and perform
other relevant functions in any means possible like online medium in accordance with the guidelines issued
by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

As such, the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) adopts a new work
arrangement (skeletal force) under the General Community Quarantine (GCQ) for the following purposes:
1. To perform all the necessary means for the completion of the Academic Year 2019-2020;
2. To issue school credentials to the students;
3. Craft a concrete policy for the adoption of flexible learning arrangement; and
4. Delve the different aspects and guidelines provided by the DBM, CHED, CSC, and NEDA.

Towards the realization of the aforecited purposes, all CFCST Officials, faculty and staff
aging from 21 – 59 years old are required to report on Monday, May 04, 2020. As we stand with measures
to combat Covid19, let us also take the necessary steps so as not to hamper the operations of our beloved
Foundation College. Lastly, further guidelines and policies will be provided the soonest.
