Gage R&R Analysis for Length Measurement

The document reports the results of a gage repeatability and reproducibility (GRR) study. Three operators measured the length of 10 parts 3 times each using the same gage. The total gage R&R was 13.47% which is in the acceptable range of 10-20%, indicating the gage and measurement process are suitable for use. Most of the variation was due to differences between parts rather than the measurement system. The GRR study validated that the gage provides repeatable and reproducible measurements.
