Onion Chopped - 1.0 pc Diced Tomatos With Green Chili - 2.0 can
Golden Corn - 1.0 can Cream Of Chicken Soup Undiluted - 1.0 can
Taco Sauce - 226.8 gm(s) Corn Tortillas - 18.0 pc
Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 4.0 cup
Method
1. Make Taco Meat as per the Directions on your Taco Seasoning Packet. Set the Taco Meat Aside.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bell pepper, corn (optional) and
onion and cook stirring constantly until tender crisp for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in meat, diced tomatoes and chilis (Rotel), enchilada sauce and/or
taco sauce and soup. You will need a pretty good sized pot or pan to fit everything once it is mixed.
4. Place one third of the Tortilla Quarters in the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish, top
with 1/3 of the taco mixture, and sprinkle evenly with 1/3 of the shredded cheese, repeat layers
twice reserving the last third of the cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes uncovered, sprinkle on reserve 2/3 cup of cheese and bake
uncovered for an additional 5 minutes and remove from oven. Let set 5 minutes before serving!
