It means that if the site does not work properly due to the technical problem Sycorax Technology will
try to solve the problem within next 24 working hours. Further terms can be discussed before issuing
the work order.

If Sycorax Technology wants to enjoy any higher-level of after sales support that also can be
discussed while issuing the work order and that is subject to additional costs.
