POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for handling on field operations in the territory allocated to him/her. He/she
will have to achieve the estimate allocated to him/her by dividing it to various shops under their territory.
He/she has to undertake stock management, equal distribution of estimate, statutory compliances and various
others on field operations.

Manage the Stock of every kits assigned to achieve
To identify locations for new merchants
To relocate/close merchants as per Plan.
To ensure excellent merchant onboarding’s.
Strictly follow up new areas for merchant onboarding

PLANNING
To discuss proposals for new locations for merchants onboardings
To find out new locations for our expansion in order to increase business and market share.
To constantly analyze & inform Head Office about market trends & general economic trends
in respective areas & how these trends might affect our business.
PROMOTION AND DISPLAY
To ensure that Company Policy & directions on displays are followed to maintain the highest
standard of continuous aggressive display & advertising in each stores.
To ensure the display of NEW ARRIVALS and chosen for you Articles in the prime area in every
store.
To ensure that seasonal guidelines are being implemented in the respective stores.
ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE
To ensure that on field operation are as per Company Policy and Circulars issued from time to time.
To ensure full implementation of Company’s instructions as specified in circulars are applied within
the specified deadlines in the district.
To ensure full compliance of the Chart of Authority of the Company issued from time to time.
To initiate disciplinary action against recalcitrant store employees and against manager with
inventory shortage above company standard in accordance with the set Rules of the Company.

DAILY WORKING PROGRAMME
To visit retail Stores, K- Scheme Stores according to approved Working Program and while on such visits:
To take notes, make reports & take corrective actions when required.
To serve at least 10 merchant personally.
To visit and observe competitor’s activities.
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING
Describe specific written detailed working program. Necessary action should be taken if
commitment is not met and lack of accountability.
