June 1987
It offered associate courses such as Electronics Service
Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Secretarial, and Computer
Science. The courses were specially designed to meet the emerging
technical demands of the Province of Pampanga. The opening of new
courses was instrumental to the increase of the student population from
600 in 1987 to 1,200 in 1989.
April 1991
The school was renamed Systems Plus Institute Foundation, Inc.
an educational institution of higher learning specializing in computer
education. It pioneered the offering Bachelor of Science in Region III. This
was the school's contribution to the increasing global demand for
computer professionals.
June 1994
In preparation for becoming a four-level educational institution, the
name of the school was changed to Systems Plus College Foundation,Inc.
Along with the new name, the school broadened its vision, mission and
goals, from a basically provincial viewpoint to one with a global
perspective. This year also marked the offering of more Bachelor degree
programs, such as Computer Engineering, Computer Secretarial,
Computer Education, Computer Technology and Business Administration ,
as well as the establishment of the High School Department. The school
decided that student should be introduced, at an early age, to a well-
balanced training in the arts and humanities with a very solid foundation in
Information Technology.
June 1996
In June 1996 the main campus added the Elementary Department,
thus the Basic Education Department was now formed. In response to the
thrust of the Commission of Higher Education and in keeping pace with
the demands of global competitiveness, New Bachelor Degree programs
in Information Technology, Information Systems, Nursing, Tourism and
Hotel and Restaurant Management were added to the course roster.

head having is marketing to the upcoming Senior High School students. Another
is ALS PASSER to enrol in our TESDA Bundle Program.

is defend what are the all credentials you’ve had. After three years of service the
teaching personnel have increase their salary grades if they pass the LET Exam
for Senior High School Teacher, if you are teaching college it must me a Masteral
Graduate or a NTTC Holder under TESDA.
