Ice Cream Vanilla Bulk 2 tb
Cream Heavy Fresh Qt 1 ea
Creamer Half & Half Bulk 5 Gal 01 ea
Liquor Cordial Cherry Brandy 1 Lt ½ btl
Mint Fresh ½ pk
Salt & Pepper Pinch (To enhance Flavor.)
PROCEDURE
Blend Cherries to a smooth paste.
Combine all ingredients together and blend with stick blender. Refrigerate.
Serve in chilled Soup cups and garnish with whipped cream, Cherry & Mint
Chiffonade.
