Mathematics 2019: Online Sample

The new IB Diploma Mathematics Guide for 2019 brings significant changes to the way mathematics is taught. There will now be two routes - Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches and Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation - at both the Standard Level and Higher Level. The Analysis route focuses more on algebraic and graphical methods while Applications emphasizes practical problem-solving. Assessment remains similar except the Higher Level now has 3 exam papers instead of 2. Resources have been updated to reflect the changes and support teachers with sample units and materials available online.
