KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RACHEL SALOME DOMINGO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of


#399 Via Angela Montecito Nuvali Canlubang Calamba City Laguna, Philippines, have
NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED by these presents, EDDIE VERANO, of
legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Barangay Cheey, Busuanga, Palawan
Philippines, respectively, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to perform the
following acts, to wit:

1. To act on my behalf in applying for and processing the legal requirements needed
for the following parcels of land:

a. A parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-07-004-0802


containing an area of Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five (3,655)
Square Meters located at Barangay Cheey, Busuanga, Palawan;

b. A parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-07-004-0803


containing an area of Four Hundred (400) Square Meters located at
Barangay Cheey, Busuanga, Palawan;

c. A parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-07-004-0804


containing an area of Twenty Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Five
(22,335) Square Meters located at Barangay Cheey, Busuanga, Palawan;

d. A parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-07-004-0805


containing an area of Six Hundred (600) Square Meters located at
Barangay Cheey, Busuanga, Palawan;

2. To submit all documents and requirements as may be needed and to pay the
corresponding fees relevant to the said transaction and to receive thereafter the
corresponding documents as a result of the transaction;

3. To do and perform all other acts and deeds necessary and relevant to accomplish
the objectives of this instrument;

4. To sign any papers or documents necessary to the purpose herein stated.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power


and authority whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper, to be done in or about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do, or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
