Rewards & Recognition Program

 Good Afternoon everyone and welcome to the Rewards and Recognition function.
 Myself Saily Jadhav and Urvi Chander. We will be the host for todays function.
 We welcome Mr. Anand Subramanian – VP, Mr. Valentino Fernandes – Associate VP and
Mr. Amit Kamath – Sr. Program Director.
 I would like to request Anand to address the gathering (optional) Thank you Anand
 We now move on to the award ceremony where in we will be felicitating following achievers in
different categories
 Lets start with Q1 award winners and here we go
- Under customer orientation category (COC) We would like to call Durgesh Bagwe,
- Next …..Under Leadership Value category we would like to call Jigar Gala.

Big round of applause for all the Q1 winners.

 Moving on towards Q2 award winners (same as Q1)additional Process excellence category

 The next set of awards are for the CTO Associates Program and the winners are Repunjay Soni,
Sagar Mahapatro, ….

 Moving on towards the next set of awards for My Idea contest.


 Lets have a look over the statistics for My idea contest
 So we would like to call up the participants here we go

 Finally after a month of play has resulted in a sports festival which included carrom and chess
tournament. So lets move on to felicitate them.
 Here are the runner ups for carom tournament Womens doubles (calling runner ups in pairs)
 Sharon M and Sunita D. Due to theire absence we will be felicitating them later.
 For Mix doubles we have Omkar and Bhavini,
 For Mens doubles we have Rakesh and Santosh
 Now we would like to call up the winners for carom tournament.
 For womens double we have Sweta and Sayali
 For Mix doubles we have Rakesh and Sweta
 For Mens doubles we have Vasim and Vikram
 Now moving on to Chess tournament
 The runner up is Dheerajkumar S
 And the winner is Vikas Singh
 Arranging a sports festival becomes difficult without volunteers.
 We would like to call up Mahesh V, Omkar B, Swapnil W, ….
 So we would like to thank all of you for your support

Congratulations to the winners and a big thank you to all the participants
That brings us to the end of this R &R function.
