STEP OF WORK FOR ASPHALT ROOFING & GRAVEL
1. To remove old roofing to deck. Dump: 900 square feet, removal of waste material to dumping sight.
If more than 2 layers of roofing to remove the extra of $ 0.50 per sq. ft. additional layer.
2. To provide and install 1/2" of carton fiber “TenTest” insulation.
3. To provide and install new membrane, 5 layers of felt 15 lbs (2 + 3) mop full sheets, surface finish with ¼”
white gravel, drown surface in hot asphalt, 500 lbs/100 square feet, 900 square feet.
4. To reinforce asphalt strip with cotton and 15 lbs paper mopped with hot asphalt.
5. To provide and install 1 plumbing vents.
6. To provide and install 3 Gosse Necks.
7. To provide and install 1 drain connections in copper 16 ounces with leaf basket.
8. To provide and install 160 linear feet of pre-painted flashing and firebreak.
9. To provide 100 ft of plywood 5/8 "if needed * 2.50 ft for the plywood additional 5/8 *.
10. To provide and install 1 new skylight (including in the price below.)

Boom Trunk: $ 1,800.00

Price valid for a period of 30 days TOTAL: $ 11,382.53
Payment terms: Payable at the end of the work by certified check, money order
on behalf: Toitures BSP Lachapelle fees of 2% per month (24% per years) on all
overdue accounts.

Warranty: Manufacturer Warranty 10 years for materials. Guarantee Toiture BSP Lachapelle 10 years labor.
Permits: If permits renovations occupations or barriers are necessary, they are the customer’s responsibility and
will be charged to this one.
Disclaimer: We are not held responsible for the domestic problems such as building, plumbing, fixtures,
plaster ceiling, chimneys etc. Readjustment saucers and gutters. If our roofing system is installed on the existing
slopes, we cannot be held responsible for possible water accumulation on the roof. We cannot be held
responsible for the insulation and the ventilation if we have not made any changes to them.
Termination: Once this bid is accepted, if the customer decides to terminate the contract without our agreement, he
should pay us all current costs and expenses incurred prior to the receipt of the notice of termination in addition to the
value of the work performed at that time, if applicable.
Drain: Cleaning the drain by a specialized company is highly recommended after repair work to avoid
situations of displacement and / or overflow of water, which are expressly excluded from our liability in any
manner. We cannot be held responsible for any failure related to the rain column (plumbing) before, during or
after construction.
