 Ask the question – “why would two-way communication have a better chance of gaining

The Improvements / Action Board is used to record and track progress on any improvements that
take more one shift to be completed. If the action can be completed on the shift that it is raised there
is no need to record it on the action board.

 At the beginning of the meeting: “How did we go yesterday?”

controls do we have in place for our activities?”
