Enrollment/ Opt-in Process

All eligible employees (refer ‘Food Wallet’ policy) can enroll for Food Wallet benefit. The enrollment process is detailed
below for your reference:

 E0 to E3 : Employees with ‘Food Wallet’ as a part of your compensation structure


 E4 & above : Employees will have to introduce ‘Food Wallet’ component in the Flexible Compensation
portal.

For E0 to E3 employees:

The mobile number entered need to be KYC


Login to the 'Food Wallet' Portal with the mobile complaint. Complete the KYC process by visiting

Opt-Out Process
The option to opt-out of this benefit is as follows:
 Once you opt-in, you can choose to opt-out of the Food Wallet benefit only in the next financial year.
 Employees can opt-out by logging into the Food Wallet portal.

Other Guidelines
 Employee will be responsible for providing the correct mobile number while availing the benefit.
 HCL will not be liable in case of any claim sought by an employee where the employee is responsible for sharing
incorrect information/details.
 If the balance in the Paytm Wallet is more than INR 1 Lakh, in such a scenario, HCL will not be able to transfer the
applicable amount in the Food Wallet.

 Amount in the Food Wallet is non-transferable. Likewise, once an amount is transferred to the Food Wallet, it
cannot be reversed.
 Usage of Food Wallet is permissible only to make purchases at food establishments registered with Paytm.
 Cashback on a purchase (if applicable) will be credited to the Paytm Wallet and not ‘Food Wallet’.

Cashback

1. Employees who opts for ‘Food Wallet’ benefit will be eligible for cashback up to INR 15,000 on the expense
made from the main Paytm wallet.
2. Cashback on a purchase (categories applicable given as below) will be applicable till Mar 31, 2019 and shall be
credited to the Paytm Wallet and not ‘Food Wallet’.
3. You may earn the cashback by making an expense under any of the following categories. The cashback code
shared as below can be used while making a purchase under defined categories.

Digital gold 3% upto 5,000; once per user 5,000 FWGOLD

International Flight INR 1,000; twice per user 2,000 FWIFLT

Domestic Flight INR 750; twice per user 1,500 FWFLT

Bus Tickets INR 100; 5 times per user 500 FWBUS

Paytm Mall INR 500; once per user 500 FWMALL

Movies 100% (up to INR 150); twice per user 300 FWMOVIE

Events INR 200; once per user 200 FWEVENT
