CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
A. OFFICER LEVEL : If there is any new post or vacant post related office should send detailed
information about that post and related information within 7days to the ministry of health , ministry of
general administration and also to the civil personal record keeping office.
• Then ministry of health should send details within7 days after receiving to the public service
commission
B. Assistant level:
• If there is any new post of assistant level or vacant post developmental chief of that office
should send all details of that post within days to the public service commission and it should
send reference copy for ministry of health and related regional health directorate too.
C Appointment process:
• Candidates passed through open competition from public services commission recommended
candidates should be appointment within 35 days if officer levels and within 15 day.
• If he/she is assistant level and should give information through communication media as far as
possible.
• If the information is not received by the candidate or returned from candidates contact , then
notice should be published in newspaper and announced to come to get appointment letter
within 1 month.
• If that candidate did not come within that given time period, the alternative candidate according
to the number serially can get appointment letter.
