BUBBLE STITCH KNITTING PATTERN

[KNITTED FLAT ON STRAIGHT NEEDLES] Cast On: Multiples of 4 + 3

Row 1 (Right Side): Purl All


Row 2 (Wrong Side): Knit All
Row 3: Purl All
Row 4: Knit All
Row 5: Purl All - NOTE: If you wish to change yarn colors, do so before Row 6.
Row 6: Knit 3, * Knit 4 Below, Knit 3 * repeat
Row 7: Purl All
Row 8: Knit All
Row 9: Purl All
Row 10: Knit All
Row 11: Purl All - NOTE: If you wish to change yarn colors, do so before starting Row 12.
Row 12: Knit 1, * Knit 4 Below, Knit 3 *, repeat to last 2 stitches then finish with K4B + K1

Repeat Rows 1 - 12, ending by purling after either Row 1 or Row 7, then Bind Off.
[IN THE ROUND ON CIRCULAR NEEDLES] Cast On: Multiples of 4 + 3

Row 1-5: Knit Al NOTE: If you wish to change yarn colors, do so before Row 6.
Row 6: Knit 3, * Knit 4 Below, Knit 3 * repeat
Row 7-11: Knit All NOTE: If you wish to change yarn colors, do so before starting Row 12.
Row 12: Knit 1, * Knit 4 Below, Knit 3 *, repeat to last 2 stitches then finish with K4B + K1

Repeat Rows 1 - 12, ending by purling after either Row 1 or Row 7, then Bind Off.
BUBBLE BEANIE HAT
1) CAST ON: Cast On 64 Stitches. 5) CROWN DECREASE SECTION
Switch to DPNs when needed. Change yarn
2) HAT BRIM: Rows 1 – 6: * K2, P2 * color now, if desired.
Row 1: Repeat either Row 1 or 7 from the

on where you stopped knitting.
Change yarn color now, if desired.
Row 2: * K2TOG, K6 *, last 4 sts K2TOG, K2
Row 1: * KFB, K15 * (68 sts)
(59 sts rem)
Rows 2 – 6: Knit All
Row 3: * K2TOG, K5 *, last 3 sts K2TOG, K1
(50 sts rem)
4) BUBBLE PATTERN SECTION Row 4: * K2TOG, K4 *, last 2 sts K2TOG
Change yarn color now, if desired. (41 sts rem)
Row 1: K2, * K4B, K3 *, last 2 stitches K4B, K1 Row 5: * K2TOG, K3 *, K1 (33 sts rem)
Rows 2 – 6: Knit All Change yarn color now, Row 6: * K2TOG, K2 *, K1 (25 sts rem)
if desired. Row 7: * K2TOG, K1 *, K1 (17 sts rem)
Row 7: * K4B, K3 * Row 8: * K2TOG *, K1 (9 sts rem)
Rows 8-12: Knit All Row 9: * K2TOG, K1 * (6 sts rem)
Repeat Rows 1 – 12 until length desired. Break Yarn + Weave In All Yarn Ends.
