KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
We, PURIFICACION B. BUECO also known as GLORIFICACION B. BUECO, MARCIANO B.
BALMES, FREDIE B. BALMES, all widow and ROGELIO B. BALMES, married, all of legal age,
natural born Filipinos, natives and residents of Brgy. Foz, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines
by these presents hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, IMELDA B. BUECO, of legal
age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Foz, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, as
our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to do and perform in our name, place and stead, the
following acts and deeds:
1. To REPRESENT US and APPEAR in all the stages of the proceedings before the
proper courts of law as well as in the mediation conferences before any agency of
the government, such as the Barangay Lupon ng Tagapayamapa, Philippine
Mediation Centers, involving the real property which is the subject of CIVIL CASE
NO. 1076- D for OWNERSHIP, ANNULMENT OF DOCUMENTS WITH DAMAGES;
2. To ENTER into stipulations of fact and law during the preliminary conference and
pre-trial proceedings, with the authority to enter into compromise settlement
when necessary and practical as he will deem fit;
3. To SECURE documents and papers from the proper government agencies which
are required in order to support our claim/ defense in a case filed or shall be filed
against us;
4. To EXECUTE, SIGN, RECEIVE, AND DELIVER any papers or documents necessary for
carrying out all the foregoing, for us and in our name, place and stead.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
personally present and acting in person and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
