Nurse : I will do a physical examination of you are you willing?

Nurse : I will do the security protocol by treating you in a separate room (isolation) are
you willing?

Nurse : okay you can wait in this room please lie in bed
Patient : alright
Nurse : do you feel short of breath?
Patient : Yes, I'm a little short of breath
Nurse : I will give oxygen
Patient : yes
Nurse : are you comfortable?
Patient : Yes, I feel comfortable
