The above vehicles can be inspected at Simpletree Anarkali, 89, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka 1212 during
office hours on workdays.
Earnest money (refundable) equivalent to 5% of the quoted amount must accompany the offer in the
form of Pay Order in favor of NRB Bank Ltd.
Completely filled specific Tender Schedule (attached as Annexure-A) must be dropped in the Tender Box
kept on the 3rd Floor of Simpletree Anarkali, 89, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka 1212 on or before 30 July 2020
by 4:00 pm. The highest bidder(s) will be notified to take delivery of the vehicle(s) after making full
payment within 7 (seven) working days from the date of notification. If the Bank finds two highest
bidders for same bid/price, the earlier submitted bid will be called winner/successful. If the successful
bidder(s) fail(s) to take delivery of the vehicle(s) within stipulated time, the earnest money will be
forfeited.
It is mentionable that VAT, AIT, transfer related expenses and other charges, as per Govt. Rules, will be at
bidder(s) cost. No complaint and/or other contentions regarding vehicles will be entertained after
acceptance of the Tender. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders partially or
wholly without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Bidder must submit the required documents mentioned in the Tender Schedule. Offer will be disqualified
in case of failure of compliance.
